What food to pack for a hiking trip ?

Avoid fat dishes, instead have carbohydrates, such as pasta, rice, potatoes, or butter beans, which are easier to digest and accompany them with lean meats, vegetables and fruits.
To conclude, to eat well while hiking eat a good meal in the morning, little and often during your hike, and a good meal in the evening for recovery.
